SolarWinds RMM: Scheduled Maintenance October 10 with IP Address Change – UK Territory

Please note that on Saturday October 10 we’ll be undertaking technical migration work for the UK territory. During the scheduled maintenance window, the RMM console and agent monitoring will be offline. All services will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.

The scheduled maintenance window is:

Dates and times: Saturday October 10 22:00 BST until Sunday October 11 04:00 BST
Territory: RMM UK territory only. Other regions are not affected by this update
Affected: RMM console access and Agent monitoring

If you have a restrictive firewall configuration, and need to explicitly authorize outbound traffic, please make sure the relevant IP addresses are added to your firewall approved list:

  • RMM Console and inbound Agent traffic will now be running on:
    52.210.186.124
    63.35.170.155
    52.16.143.131
    54.72.188.84
    52.48.159.188
    54.76.198.244

  • Callbacks to agents will come from:
    34.246.40.168
    34.254.41.22
    46.51.203.82

  • Customers using Linux agent v1.0.4 are advised to upgrade to Agent v2.0.1 or you may need to restart the Linux agent after the maintenance period is complete
    URLs used to access the RMM console will not change
