SolarWinds RMM: Scheduled Maintenance November 21 with IP Address Change – Multiple European Territories – REMINDER

Per the previous post, note that on Saturday November 21st we’ll be undertaking technical migration work for the EMEA region, which covers the following RMM territories: France, France1, Ireland, Poland. In addition, the UK, EU and Germany territories will be affected by the maintenance work. Note that all countries in the EMEA region are covered by these RMM territories, and therefor all partners in this region are subject to this scheduled maintenance – please see below for impact details.

During the scheduled maintenance window, the RMM console and agent monitoring will be offline for limited periods. All services will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.

The scheduled maintenance window is:

Dates and times: Saturday November 21 19:00 CEST until Sunday November 22 06:00 CEST
Territory: The EMEA region: France, France1, Ireland, Poland, EU, UK, Germany territories *. Other regions are not affected by this update
Affected: RMM console access and Agent monitoring

If you have a restrictive firewall configuration, and need to explicitly authorize outbound traffic, please make sure the relevant IP addresses are added to your firewall approved list:

Other Affected European Territories

The following territories do not have any IP address changes, but will be affected by the scheduled maintenance: EU has the same impact on services noted above. UK and DE may experience delayed agent communications.

Note also that customers using Linux agent v1.0.4 are advised to upgrade to Agent v2.0.3 or you may need to restart the Linux agent after the maintenance period is complete.

* The URL of your RMM account will indicate which territory your account is in. You can also search the RMM helpfile for “Dashboard URL” for info. If you use a custom URL, go to Settings > General Settings > Custom Domains to see the original territory URL. Generally, the scheduled maintenance encompasses all customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
