January 23rd: Support System Outage – RESOLVED
As you may know, Salesforce is experiencing a widespread outage. As a result, some customers are experiencing intermittent error messages when trying to reach/access support via all support channels.
Wi-Fi Security Compromise:
Researchers have detected a vulnerability through which Wi-Fi Protected Access II (WPA2) handshake traffic can be manipulated to induce nonce and session key re-use, resulting in key re-installation by a wireless access point (AP) or client.
